The Super Ignitor cartridge heaters run more efficiently, use less power and last up to 5 times longer than conventional heaters, with less downtime for heater replacements and lower maintenance costs. This igniter comes with a spare fuse and anti seize lubricant. The cost is a little more but the long term savings are great. Our customers love this product.

I have a Whitfield Profile 20,it was manufactured in 1993. The issue I'm having is, it feeds pellets thru the start up cycle fine. Once the pellets burn off the pellets no longer feed automatically and the stove shuts down. Can you give me an idea what the problem might be.

Thanks

Tim

I have an OLD Whitfield Advantage 2-T. I'm starting to nickel and dime this thing already, but today the igniter stopped working I think. I checked the fuse and it is good. The pellets feed, but don't light. The control board seems to be fine as well. The fans are all fine, too. Is this most likely an igniter problem?
